2.4 KYC Verification. Before withdrawals are processed, players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of their CNIC and any additional documents pak93 reasonably requests. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pak93 login credentials. You agree to notify pak93 immediately via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pak93 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 Account Activity. All transactions and gaming activity conducted through your pak93 account while you are logged in — or through use of your credentials — shall be deemed to be authorised by you. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. pak93 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as set out in the then-current Fee Schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your pak93 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed to your verified payment method following completion of outstanding KYC requirements, subject to the standard withdrawal timeline.

10.1 No Warranties. The pak93 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak93 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or completeness.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak93 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Subject to applicable law, pak93's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to pak93 in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. pak93 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party service provider outages.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

15.3 Limitation Period. Any claim or dispute relating to your pak93 account or these Terms must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may be rejected.
